Famous for her special version of lechon – crisp, succulent roasted pig – with different stuffings (paella, truffle rice, even fermented fish paste in rice) and over-the-top interpretations of local favourites and desserts, De la Fuente offers a deep dive into Pinoy delicacies with a rich twist. De la Fuente can host the private dinner at her home in Magallanes, Makati City, for 15 to 22 people, and can also cater at your own location for a minimum of 10.
