This Michelin-starred restaurant thrills with surprise after surprise. Hidden in what was once the Moritz beer factory, you’ll have to ring the bell and ascend a grand staircase to find the restaurant’s entrance. Once inside, there are two dining areas: the bistro-inspired Alkostat, and the design-forward Alkimia, which faces the open kitchen. On the menu is chef Jordi Vilà’s creative spin on Catalan tradition and features a strong seafood focus. Expect decadent tasting menus with thoughtfully curated wine pairings.
