Among the highlights are the pizzas, like the signature Bari (burrata, tomatoes, anchovies, Pantelleria capers, basil) which arrive from the towering, mosaic-clad oven piping hot and satisfyingly crisp. For something a little different, the Parmigiani pizza is a moreish vegetarian option, topped with mozzarella, roasted eggplant, Parmigiano Reggiano, eggplant chips and fried basil.

The flavourful food is matched with an imaginative cocktail menu, inspired by a spirited journey through Italy. Soak up the rays in the pet-friendly Allora Garden with a refreshing Spritz of Sorrento, a blend of Luxardo Limoncello, yellow bell pepper, herb-infused honey and prosecco.
