It boasts a serious line-up of 20 taps, including easy-drinking draft cocktails like the Salted Plum Fizz. Opt for a refreshing pint of Autobar’s house lager, or for something more exotic, the dessert-y Pecan Mud Cake Stout by Swedish brewery Omnipollo. If you’re hungry, the Heritage Set Lunch is substantial, with sides like Nonya Chap Chye and a bowl of Blue Pea Jasmine Rice. Head Chef Yang Xueling incorporates Asian flavours into standout dishes such as the signature Beef Cheek Rendang—aromatic, succulent, and braised to perfection for 10 hours. Seafood lovers should also ask about the Catch of the Day – the Indian curry sea bass we tried was a showstopper, with perfectly cooked, meaty fillets swimming in a rich, aromatic curry that packed just the right amount of heat.
