If you’re looking for a fancy dining experience, this iconic Soho institution is undoubtedly the place to be. With its sumptuous Art Deco-style interiors, all-booth seating, lavish British-Russian menu (think Ossetra caviar and lobster mac and cheese, for example) and “press for champagne” buttons at every table, a meal here is an exercise in indulgence.
