Nestled within Mandai Wildlife Reserve’s new Rainforest Wild ASIA park, this cavernous 150-seater is carefully modelled after Sarawak’s UNESCO-listed Mulu caves. Elegant crystalline lights throw its rough-hewn, naturalistic rock surfaces into sharp relief, creating an atmospheric grotto-like setting. Head Chef Sheng Lim curates a menu of hearty mains and wholesome bites, featuring heirloom beetroot salad with burrata and truffle honey, and the succulent Ironstrike Knuckle, braised for 12 hours with aromatic Chinese spices.
