This low-key foodie hotspot was once located in a tiny space on the fringes of Barcelona’s Boqueria market, but it recently moved to a new, more spacious location. The presentation may be different – it’s all Zen-inspired design, wood panelling and upgraded dishware – but the ethos is the same: highly creative tasting menus rooted in Catalan cuisine with infusions of Mediterranean ingredients and Asian gastronomy. The dining counter experience, which made the Boqueria location such a convivial dining experience, also remains, albeit in a larger setting.
