The experience begins before a single drop is poured. Guests are first presented with a set of volcanic rocks, each infused with pure essential oils – florals, citrus, woods, or earthiness. Rather than navigating a menu by name or ingredient, you follow your nose. Simply allow aroma to guide you towards a cocktail that you resonate personally with.
What arrives in the glass mirrors what you smell – aromas translated into flavour, texture, and spirit. Completing the picture is a menu of Western dishes threaded with Eastern nuance, designed to pair seamlessly with the cocktails and encourage long, lingering evenings.
