The former People’s Art Printing House, vintage roof beams and all, has been turned into a wine bar serving samples of Nuoyan’s own products. Gentle but powerful, their rice wines are made from nothing more than glutinous rice, yeast and water, optionally flavoured with osmanthus, rose or vanilla. Good to sip on-site or to take home.
