Argentine bartender Diego Cabrera founded this offbeat, walk-ins-only bar to move “always against the flow” of the mainstream. Neon signs and a mural of colourful magazines set the stage for playful cocktails that upend expectations, featuring ingredients that range from pisco to al pastor taco spices. There’s a good selection of low- and no-alcohol drinks, too.
