Owner Ignacio Ussía – who was part of the team that helped Bangkok’s Gaggan reach award-winning heights – has put together a polished cocktail bar that pairs top-shelf mixology with quality gastronomy. You can sip avant-garde signature cocktails (available as non-alcoholic versions too) at the bar alongside “alegrabocas” (a portmanteau akin to amuse-bouche) or sit at a table to tuck into a tasting menu paired with equally quirky mini cocktails.
