No trip to Amsterdam would be complete without visiting the Anne Frank House. The museum is spread throughout the original building and secret annexe where the Jewish teenager, her family and four others hid during the Nazi occupation of the Netherlands. The excellent on-site bookshop sells her diary in numerous languages.
