Tapas-style bites with a curated wine selection
Bar Pintxos deserves credit for sticking to a solid foundation of the classics – in this case, the eponymous pintxos (perfectly put-together bite-sized snacks) paired with a small but well-chosen wine list. There isn’t anything stopping you from wandering over to the cocktail menu, of course, though the preferable option would be refreshing cerveza (Spanish for “beer”), particularly the bar’s own Pintxos Pale Ale. There are three locations but the one in Muntinlupa City is the original.
