Bōl — Asian Reimagined
Classic Peranakan favourites refreshed
Stationed in a colonial-era terrace house amidst a lively neighbourhood bristling with pre-war houses, boutiques, hipster cafes and restaurants, bōl’s farm-to-table menu features flavours heavily influenced by the Nyonya or Straits Chinese community. Signature dishes include the buah keluak (pangium fruit) lamb shank, a Peranakan staple served with sautéed daikon (radish); and the beloved classic Itek Tim, a crystal-clear pulled duck consommé with sour plums.
