Bruine (brown) cafés are the Netherlands’ answer to the British pub, and super cosy Café Welling is as Dutch as it gets. Pair a fluitje (a type of glass) of beer or shot of jenever (Dutch gin) with some cheese and ossenworst (a raw beef sausage) for a typical Amsterdam borrel (informal gathering) experience with friends.
