Ishinohana frequently appears on World’s Best lists, and to anyone lucky enough to have tasted one of its exactingly concocted cocktails, it’s no surprise. The menu here changes constantly, as they use seasonal ingredients hand-selected from local growers. Watching master bartender Shinobu Ishigaki at work is an experience in itself, but the intimate setting makes sipping on one of these artisan cocktails a Zen-like pleasure.
