Nestled in the historic Nihonbashi district, this tatami-clad restaurant offers an authentic experience of the prized Japanese delicacy: the highly poisonous fugu, or pufferfish. Sample this intriguing dish in a myriad of ways, including in a bubbling hotpot, as crunchy deep-fried karaage and as raw, transparent slices delicately laid out in the shape of a chrysanthemum. Fugu can be pricey, but it’s a once-in-a-lifetime experience worth top dollar for.
