Shanghai’s clean-eating scene has taken off in recent years, with Moka Bros at its forefront. Opened in October 2017, the Beijing-based brand’s first Shanghai branch is known for its brunches, tasty salads and mixed bowls, which – along with a thumping dance-music soundtrack – attract the trendy set to its breezy-cool outdoor seating.
