Iconic Japanese restaurant Nobu provides a touch of high-end luxury to east London. The concrete building by local architecture practice Ben Adams features a distinctive fragmented façade, a sunken restaurant and bar and a public pocket park. Inside, the concrete is softened by a palette of bamboo, timber, bronze glass and textiles.
