Sustainably crafted drinks with local flavours
This bar practises sustainability, whereby the main ingredient of one drink doubles up as a garnish in the next drink to zero down on wastage. They also champion responsibly sourced local ingredients, which can be found in drinks such as Liquid Ambra (a local sour-flavoured fruit) and Dusun 2.0 (which uses traditional Sarawakian rice wine tuak, chilli padi and jackfruit).
