Sky Circus

This observation deck and theme park is located on the top floor of Sunshine City, the tallest building in the leisure district of Ikebukuro. Packed with art installations, interactive exhibits and family activities, it’s easy to spend a good portion of a day here thanks to the sprawling view and varied attractions. One such attraction is the new Tokyo Bullet Flight – a 4D VR tour of Tokyo that pitches and yaws, simulating the experience of being shot out of a cannon and hurtling through the city’s wards.
