Space Center Houston is the eminent space exploration and science learning centre in the city. Spend the day visiting the Starship Gallery, touching pieces of the moon in the Lunar Sample Vaults, watching a movie about space travel in the Destiny Theater, exploring the inside of a space shuttle at Independence Plaza and taking a tram tour through the Johnson Space Center, where astronauts train.
