Justifiably a regular fixture on many Asia’s best bars lists, this speakeasy serves up tipples as wonderful as its setting. Drinkers access Speak Low’s two bar rooms through a sliding shelving unit in a cocktail supply store. The top room is an intimate sit-down area where you can order barman Shingo Gokan’s famed Bacardi-based Speak Low cocktail; the lower level is a more casual space.
