Set in a restored former smokehouse, the Clerkenwell branch of this iconic restaurant (which pioneered the nose-to-tail food movement) features an on-site bar. There’s an extensive list of wines and beers, as well as an ever-changing selection of snacks that offer a taste of its famed food menu; the bone marrow is unmissable. The skylights above the bar make it one of the best spots in the building.
