The venue is located in a former art gallery, and plenty of creativity goes into drinks that combine cutting-edge techniques with a dash of theatricality. Picture tequila-spiked horchata served with a pot of wattleseed “ink” and a pigeon quill, or a rum and pear sour topped with the bar’s name written in cinnamon sugar, and you’re on the right track.
