In-flight Wi-Fi is available at above 10,000ft or about 15 minutes after take-off and before landing.
Unlimited Complimentary Wi-Fi is available to Suites, First Class, Business Class, PPS and supplementary cardholders, and KrisFlyer members in Premium Economy Class and Economy Class.
If you are travelling in Premium Economy Class or Economy Class, add your KrisFlyer number to your booking via ‘Manage Booking’ at least 1.5hrs before your flight, or latest at the check-in counter

- Wi-Fi coverage could be affected by weather conditions, flying out of coverage areas, satellite switching, and restricted zones.
- You may experience some interruption during a flight where your device will temporarily lose connectivity.
- Due to regulatory restrictions, there is no Wi-Fi when the aircraft is flying over India, Iran and Turkey airspace on the A380 and A350-900 Medium Haul aircraft as well as selected B777-300ER aircraft.

- Speed and experience may differ from ground network, and are affected by the number of users connected and using the network.
- Avoid data-intensive activities such as gaming and/or transferring large files.

Having issues connecting to Wi-Fi?
Have you done the following?
- Ensure that you have entered your last name and seat number as reflected on your boarding pass.
- For purchased plan or voucher code redemption, the email address used to connect to Wi-Fi must be unique for each passenger and does not need to match with the email used for the flight booking.
Unable to launch the Wi-Fi portal? Try the following
- Forget and Reconnect to the ‘KrisWorld’ network
- Key in an external website address e.g. singaporeair.com
- Clear your cache and browsing history
- Make Safari the default app for browsing on iPhone
- Use a different browser for browsing on Android
- Try connecting at a later time
- Restart your personal device
Disconnected from Wi-Fi?
- Ensure that your device is still connected to the KrisWorld network. Go to kw.sq.com to launch the Wi-Fi portal and reconnect.
- Remember to enable ‘Auto-Join’ (iOS) / ‘Auto-reconnect’ (Android) after you are connected to the ‘KrisWorld’ network. This minimises the likelihood of your device being disconnected from Wi-Fi.
Still having issues after trying the above?
Ensure these are done before your next flight:
- Add your KrisFlyer number to your booking before your flight. (Adding another airline's frequent flyer programme number to your flight booking will not allow Wi-Fi access on board).
- Each passenger in a group booking needs to add their KrisFlyer number to their booking before their flight if they travel in Premium Economy Class and Economy Class.

In-flight Wi-Fi service is available when the aircraft has reached cruising altitude, which is above 10,000 feet (approximately 30 minutes after take-off, and up to 30 minutes prior to arrival).
The in-flight Wi-Fi may be unavailable due to:
- weather conditions,
- aircraft may not have reached cruising altitude (e.g. above 10,000 feet),
- aircraft may be flying over a country that has not authorised this service,
- onboard system may be experiencing technical difficulties,
- aircraft may be flying over a region with no connectivity (e.g. polar region).
There could be a possibility that the aircraft is undergoing an equipment upgrade, and in-flight Wi-Fi may not be available. An announcement will be made if Wi-Fi is not available for the flight.
All Singapore Airlines aircrafts are equipped with Wi-Fi connectivity except for the Boeing 737-800NGs.
For a safe browsing experience, customers are advised to use HTTPS secured websites, and to be aware of any browser warnings or phishing links.

To connect your fourth device, you can transfer your Wi-Fi session by entering the same details used to connect to Wi-Fi on your previous devices.
For KrisFlyer members in Premium Economy Class and Economy Class, only one device may be connected at a time on the unlimited complimentary plan. You may switch devices or purchase a separate in-flight Wi-Fi plan to use multiple devices concurrently.
This feature is not applicable to paid Wi-Fi plans and Wi-Fi voucher code.

Mobile network service is available any time, except when the ‘Switch off phone’ cabin signs are illuminated. When these signs are illuminated, your mobile phone must be switched off or set to ‘Flight mode’.
To use this service, your mobile phone must be compatible with GSM and the roaming function must be enabled on your device. In addition, your mobile service provider must have a roaming agreement with our connectivity service provider, OnAir or Panasonic/Aeromobile.
In-flight Wi-Fi speed and coverage
Due to satellite coverage and regulatory requirements, Wi-Fi will not be available when the aircraft is flying over India, Iran, and Turkey airspace on the Airbus A380 and A350-900 Medium Haul aircraft, as well as selected Boeing 777-300ER aircraft.
In-flight connectivity is offered on all our aircraft except for Boeing 737-800 NG.
