The popular content creator shares with KrisWorld about his day jobs, his favourite foods, and what he likes most about Singapore.
Singaporeans love to eat. Singapore is, after all, known for her food — her diverse cuisines, affordable but tasty hawker fare, and plentiful restaurants and cafes. What if we could take this passion one step further and parlay it into a career? That’s exactly what Zermatt Neo, a prolific competitive eater and popular local YouTuber, has done. KrisWorld speaks to him about his unconventional career and the things he loves most about our island nation.
Hi Zermatt. Tell us a bit about yourself and what you do for a living.
I am a competitive eater as well as a content creator. My work revolves around a lot of travel videos and food challenges. I do food challenges related to local food/street food/hawker food because those are the foods that people are able to relate to [most].
How did you get into competitive eating?
